By making a booking, guests accept these booking conditions. They become legally binding once the reservation is confirmed (by post, fax, email, website). Provisional reservations will be held for seven days with no charge (up to 21 days before the date of arrival), and it is also possible to be added to a waiting list for no charge (up to 3 days before the date of arrival). For cancellations to a confirmed reservation, there are the following cancellation charges per room:

• 21 to 15 days before arrival: CHF 100.–
  
  
• 14 to 8 days before arrival: CHF 250.–
  
  
• from 7 days or less before arrival: max. CHF 500.–

We recommend our cancellation charge insurance for just CHF 29.– per room, to cover cancellation charges incurred in the event of accident or illness. For payments we accept Swiss franks, Euro, all main credit cards, Reka-checks (100%) as well as WIR (max. 30% of the room prices).

Besonderheiten bei den Privilège Hotels:
Provided that you present an invoice showing payment of a cancellation charge, we will reimburse you that cost if you stay at the same hotel within a year of the date of issue of the invoice for the cancellation charges, subject to a handling charge of CHF 50.– (non-transferable, can only be used for overnight accommodation, cannot be divided, no refund for a cheaper stay).

Booking cancelled by Privilège Hotels
Sunstar Hotels reserves the right, in exceptional cases such as:

• the hotel becoming uninhabitable due to force majeure
• the hotel closing, or the opening dates changing,
  for economic or legal reasons

to declare a confirmed booking no longer valid, at no cost to Sunstar or the guest. Sunstar will endeavour to offer an alternative holiday of equal value (different hotel, different time of year).
